Co-habiting Partners

If you live with your partner and they don't make a Will then on their death you have NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT to inherit anything no matter how long the relationship lasted.

If they haven't provided for you in some other way, your only option is to make a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
