Established by Peter Heath and Jayne Udall, InHeriTance Matters is committed to delivering a first class customer service. We visit you in your own home to provide a tailor made solution for your Estate Planning needs.

With several years' experience in the Estate Planning and Will writing profession, InHeriTance Matters, operating from Stourbridge, Birmingham and Ledbury, is able to provide a service to clients throughout the Midlands and beyond.

InHeriTance Matters is fully focused on quality and client service. Both partners are full members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters, entry to which is by written examination. Not only are members required to comply with a Code of Conduct and Practice but they are also obliged to participate in a scheme of continuous professional development. This maintains their skills and awareness of any new legislation. We fully subscribe to these prerequisites.

The pricing of our services is conveyed at the outset. Our fees are competitive and we will only advise you to take the services that are necessary for your own circumstances. It is convenient because we meet you at your home at a time that suits you; so there is no need to take time off work.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, and therefore all information disclosed to us remains totally confidential.

For the protection of clients, professional indemnity insurance of up to £2m per client is always in place.
